Please do not wait, they must be done by the the end of your first week in camp to give you the best path for your goals . This is very important so that I can craft the best program for you with enough time to put all the pieces together in a well rounded package to get you the best results prior to us meeting for your Nutrition & Goal Setting consult.

Make sure you add my email info @ trivalleybootcamp.com to your address book in your email so it doesn't get blocked and you don't miss critical emails as you move through your program
If you are not going to take the time to answer the questions right now, please MAKE SURE you do so before 24 Hours PRIOR to your scheduled consult
Many of you will give lengthy answers so when you are done please feel free to copy and paste your answers into a WORD doc for your own future reference later

STEPS TO YOUR SUCCESS!
STEP 1. Please book your appointment for the SECOND week of your 14 Day Fat Furnace. See the schedular below. You can book your appointment starting the first Saturday of your first week of camp.
STEP 2. Please completely fill out the questionnaire below so that we have all the information we need prior to you starting your program. Don't forget to click the button "Get My Fit and Healthy Body Now!" at the bottom of the page to submit your form.
STEP 3: Please scroll down to view all your documents for your program. Once you have submitted your questionnaire and scheduled your appointment you can log in as many times as you want to access your nutrition plan, nutrition manual, snack guide, smoothie recipe book and your 7 At Home Workouts guide! Your 14 Day Fat Furnace nutrition plan has 21 days of menus! Also keep in mind that the menu spelled out in the plan can be adjusted with creative recipes once you review your portion control information in the Nutrition Manual you can be creative with the menu. If you have any questions please let me know.
